
The American Dental Association recommends in addition to brushing your teeth twice a day, that you floss daily, too. Unfortunately, however, only about 30 percent of adults actually do this important step. In fact, about one third of American adults admit to never flossing at all, which can be extremely dangerous for your oral health.
